Nvidia backs $105 billion financing for massive OpenAI data center

Nvidia is guaranteeing approximately $105 billion in debt to help OpenAI secure a 20-year lease on a major new computing facility in Ohio. The site will be built by SoftBank's energy arm, with total project costs expected to reach up to $500 billion including hardware.
