Taiwanese authorities indict nine over illicit Nvidia chip exports

Nine individuals have been charged in Taiwan for running a scheme that attempted to export restricted Nvidia Blackwell servers to China. Prosecutors allege that dozens of servers containing high performance AI chips were successfully delivered before authorities halted the operation.
