Nvidia prepares new AI chip tailored for the Chinese market

Nvidia is developing a specialized graphics processing unit for Chinese buyers that incorporates fast-inference tech licensed from Groq. Pending regulatory approval for export, the semiconductor maker hopes to begin shipping initial test batches by the end of the year.
