FDA clears self-balancing personal exoskeleton for medical use

Medical tech maker Eve released the first self-balancing wearable exoskeleton cleared by the FDA to help wheelchair users stand and walk without using their hands. The mobility device uses automated balance controls to assist individuals during daily movement.
