According to official Spotify documentation, this system allows software teams to create specialized sub-agents tailored for specific workplace tasks. Instead of relying on a single broad chatbot, developers can now build customized tools with defined boundaries, specific data sources, and strict instructions for jobs like reviewing code or answering internal support queries.

For everyday technology workers, broad AI tools often fail because they lack focus or try to answer questions outside their domain.
