Starburst CEO Outlines Data Architecture Needs for AI Agents
Justin Borgman argues that software engines built for human analysts must adapt because automated agents run thousands of concurrent queries and need standardized business definitions at query time to prevent wrong conclusions. Borgman also revealed that roughly a third of Starburst's software development starts with AI drafting, with a goal of expanding company revenue 2.5 times while growing team size by 1.5 times.
