OpenAI waives per user fees for US government enterprise access

OpenAI has expanded its General Services Administration agreement to eliminate per user license fees for eligible US public agencies. The updated contract also cuts usage rates in half across enterprise tools and cybersecurity products. The discounted structure applies to federal, state, local, and tribal bodies through late 2028.
