OpenAI Unifies Token Allowances Across ChatGPT and Codex

OpenAI is combining usage caps for ChatGPT and Codex into a single shared limit for paid subscribers starting in December. The shared quota applies to Plus, Pro, and Business memberships, while basic instant chats will not count toward the cap.
