The software connects directly to popular email providers like Gmail and Outlook to spot conversations waiting on a response, such as sent proposals or scheduling requests. Instead of sending messages automatically, the service creates follow-up drafts directly inside the user's inbox for human review.

For freelancers and small business owners, tracking down cold leads usually requires manual checking or setting up complicated software reminders. By drafting contextual follow-ups and incorporating optional web research about the recipient, the tool helps users keep active deals moving without spending hours reviewing old sent mail. It also monitors incoming messages and stops the follow-up sequence as soon as the recipient responds.

While the promise of automated inbox management is enticing, it remains unclear how accurately the system distinguishes between genuinely important open loops and messages that were meant to be left unanswered. Furthermore, granting an AI service access to scan historical email accounts raises privacy considerations that users will need to weigh carefully.
