Autonomous rideshare bookings remain rare among consumer trips

Uber reported that automated AI agents scheduled just four rides during a busy week in October, out of hundreds of millions of overall completed trips. The figures show that consumer adoption of automated booking agents remains virtually non existent for everyday transportation.
